PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security component for drawing an attention, which is mounted on road guard facilities such as a boundary block between a sidewalk and a roadway, a guardrail, a guard pipe, a barricade, a steel pipe or the like to be capable of improving visibility in the daytime and at night and drawing a driver's attention and a pedestrian's attention.;SOLUTION: A security component 100 for drawing an attention is mounted on road guard facilities such as a boundary block between a sidewalk and a roadway, a guardrail, a guard pipe, a barricade, a steel pipe or the like so as to draw the attention.
