PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for forming a fine hole inside skin when collecting secretion of a living body and also to enable collection of body fluid flowing around a collection member.;SOLUTION: A method for collecting secretion of a living body using a sampler 100, comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a sampler 100, the sampler 100 including a vessel having an outer surface and a recessed portion defined by a first inner surface and a second inner surface and a valve plate 111 mounted on at least one of the first inner surface and the second inner surface, and a bottom surface of the recessed portion being defined by the valve plate 111; bringing a portion of the outer surface, which is an opposite surface of the first inner surface of the vessel, into contact with a living body; storing secretion of the living body in the recessed portion; and collecting the secretion when the valve plate 111 displaces and a hole is formed in the bottom surface of the recessed portion as the outer surface in contact with the living body and the first inner surface bend according to movement of the living body, thereby allowing the secretion to pass through the hole and intrude toward the inner bottom surface of the vessel.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
