PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting guide wire breaking of a radio rebroadcasting facility in a tunnel, which greatly shortens an investigation time for a maintenance worker to specify a place of the wire breaking when wire breaking of a guide wire exists.SOLUTION: A guide wire branching device 70 is interposed at a constant interval in each of down and up guide wires 52a, 52b which are laid in parallel two-wire lines. Thereby, a preceding stage and a subsequent stage in the respective guide wires of the guide wire branching device can be separated. A wire breaking zone detector (1) 80 is prepared. By regarding a portion of the respective guide wires 52a, 52b between the guide wire branching device 70 in an n-th position counted from a matching device 51M and the guide wire branching device 70 in an n+1-th position counted from the matching device 51M as a wire breaking detection objective zone, the wire breaking zone detector (1) 80 outputs a separating-off control signal to each guide wire branching device 70 on one end of the zone with user operation and applies voltage on one end of respective guide wires 52a, 52b of the zone with user operation. A wire breaking zone detector (2) 90 is also prepared. The wire breaking zone detector (2) 90 outputs a separating-off control signal to each guide wire branching device 70 on the other end of the wire breaking detection objective zone with user operation. The wire breaking zone detector (2) 90 comprises an LED which is lighted with the voltage derived from the other end of respective guide wires 52a, 52b of the zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
