PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of measurement samples by making general viewers participate in line quality measurement, and thereby enhance comprehensiveness.;SOLUTION: A line quality measuring system 10 includes: one or more content providing device 11 for providing line quality measurement object content; a line quality information monitoring device 12 for obtaining and storing the measurement object content from the content providing devices 11; and a plurality of viewer terminals 13 that communicate with the line quality information monitoring device 12 triggered by a viewer's selection of viewing content from the measurement object content, measure line quality at a time of acquisition of the viewing content, and transmit line quality measurement information with a measurement result recorded to the line quality information monitoring device 12.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
