PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platform that seamlessly reserves a plurality of parking lots provided by a plurality of parking lot owners and managed by a plurality of partners.;SOLUTION: A parking lot reservation management device includes a parking lot information storage unit that stores two or more parking lot information, an owner information storage unit that stores two or more owner information, a partner information storage unit that stores two or more partner information, a reservation information storage unit that stores one or more reservation information, a screen information storage unit that stores screen information constituting a screen for making reservations for two or more parking lots managed by two or more partners, a screen output instruction receipt unit that receives a screen output instruction from a user terminal, a screen information transmission unit that transmits the screen information to the user terminal in response to the screen output instruction, a lending instruction receipt unit that receives a lending instruction from the user terminal, and a reservation information constitution unit that constructs reservation information and stores in the reservation information storage unit in accordance with the lending instruction.
