PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forecast troubles of components with the situation of their use being taken into consideration.SOLUTION: A learning model structuring device is equipped with characteristic quantity extracting means that extracts from information on vibration provided regarding prescribed components characteristic quantities representing characteristics of the vibration, and learning means that receives as teacher data a combination of the characteristic quantities and a level, the latter being the length of time from the start of use of the prescribed components until they run into trouble, and performs mechanical learning the use of the received teacher data thereby to structure a learning model for forecasting the length of time from the start of use of the prescribed components until they run into trouble.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
