PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control server on the basis of a control system of a cloud type high-grade road traffic system regarding a smart traffic technical field.;SOLUTION: A control server according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes: a first CPU that receives traffic data provided by a field device transferred from a second CPU, stores, analyzes, and processes the data, and is used for forming a first control command; and the second CPU that receives the traffic data provided by the field device, transfers the data to the first CPU, receives the first control command formed by the first CPU, and is used for performing a control management to the field device on the basis of the first control command. The control server executes an analysis processing to the data transferred from the field device, and can execute the control management to the field device on the basis of an analysis processing result of the data.
