PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emotion estimation system capable of more accurately estimating a user's emotion.SOLUTION: An emotion estimation system 10 is provided with: first detection means 30 for detecting outer surface information of a user 70; second detecting means 80 for detecting biological information of the user; a learning model for inputting the external surface information and the biological information, and outputting the emotion of the user; and estimating means for estimating the emotion output by changing, according to circumstances of the user, weighting for the external surface information detected by the first detecting means and weighting for the biometric information detected by the second sensor, and to input the external surface information and the biometric information whose weights have been changed to the learning model as the emotion of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
