PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental contribution value calculation device capable of evaluating circumstance contribution value by means of a TV conference of each unit relevant to the participants to the TV conference.;SOLUTION: The environmental contribution value calculation device, includes: a first calculation part that, with respect to a first environmental load value accompanying the use of common facilities which are commonly used from plural locations where each participant to the TV conference is positioned, calculates the allocation ratio to each location based on the proportional division ratio preset for each location; and a second calculation part that calculates the environmental contribution value at the related location by subtracting a sum of a value, which is obtained by multiplying the first environmental load value by the allocation ratio calculated relevant to the relevant location and a second environmental load value accompanying the use of the facilities for participating the TV conference, from a third environmental load value which is generated when a participant moves from the location to a point where the TV conference is held.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
