PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system with which it is possible to prevent personal information from leaking and allow for medical information to be acquired on medical facility side, with personal information specified again.SOLUTION: There is provided, on an in-hospital LAN side, an information management system comprising: character string generation addition means for generating for each inspection a character string that uniquely specifies inspection, adding it to first medical information and generating second medical information; anonymization means for anonymizing personal information included in the second medical information and generating third medical information; transmission means for transmitting the third medical information to an external medical information server connected to the Internet that is connected to the in-hospital LAN; selection means for selecting a desired inspection from a list of inspections carried out by an image diagnosis device for medical use; and acquisition means for acquiring the third medical information that corresponds to selection from the external medical information server by using a character string that relates to the selected inspection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
