PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve success rate in workplace improvement activity without intervention of a specialist at site.SOLUTION: The organization improvement support apparatus includes: activity report input means 501 that inputs an activity report which is a piece of information representing the status of the activity in the related organization and includes a behavior evaluation value which represents an evaluation in aspect of behavior with respect to a policy as a target of the activity in a related organization and an emotional evaluation value which represents an evaluation in an aspect of emotion; and advice output means 502 that outputs an advice based on the transition of the behavior evaluation values with respect to the policy expressed by previously input activity reports and the latest emotional evaluation values.
