PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a high current beam from being irradiated to a point different from a target irradiation point, and reduce a failure of a cyclone.SOLUTION: A supply control unit 12 adjusts a supply amount of heavy charged particles supplied from an ion source 20 to an accelerator 30 so as to increase or decrease. An output monitoring unit 14 obtains a deviation degree between a beam current value indicating an amount of heavy charged particle beam orbital-changed by a beam take-out unit and a target current value generated when the emitted heavy charged particle beam collides with the target. The supply control unit 12 suppresses an increase in a supply amount of heavy charged particles when it is determined by an irradiation state determination unit 16 that a degree of divergence is a predetermined value or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
