PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a high current beam from being irradiated to a point different from a target irradiation point, and reduce a failure of a cyclone.SOLUTION: A supply control unit 12 adjusts a supply amount of heavy charged particles supplied from an ion source 20 to an accelerator 30 so as to increase or decrease.
