PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material having a design with shrinkage, excellent in both of the quality/tactile properties due to an uneven pattern and designability due to the difference in gloss.SOLUTION: A decorative material having a design with shrinkage sequentially includes a base material, a reactive pattern printing layer partially present on the base material, and a top coat layer having a shrinkage pattern part and a flat part on the surface, to cover the whole surface including the region having the reactive pattern layer and the region having no reactive pattern layer. The reactive pattern printing layer is formed of a resin composition which contains a binder resin and an acid catalyst. The top coat layer is formed of a shrink coating material including a melamine resin and an amine blocked sulfonic acid. The flat part is present immediately above the reactive pattern printing layer and at the region corresponding to the vicinity thereof.
