PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface capable of easily removing bacterial cells by preventing rigid adhesion to a surface of bacteria for individual kinds of bacteria and cleaning to various bacteria with combination of functional groups.SOLUTION: There is provided an application method of an organic molecule represented by the general formula X-(CH)-Y, where n is an integer of 3 to 22, X is one or more kind of functional group selected from SH, SiCl, Si(OCH), Si(OCHCH), SiCl(CH)and P(O)(OH), Y is (-O-CH-CH-)OCH, where m is an integer of 3 to 70 or (-O-CH-CH-)OH, where p is an integer of 0 to 70, surface is modified by the molecule or a combination of molecule and bacterial cells adhered to a substrate surface are removed by cleaning the substrate surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
