PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and flexibly register dictionary information for a user dictionary used by a language conversion processor.SOLUTION: A user dictionary management device 50 includes a calculation part 51 for calculating a value which is referred to when a language conversion processor 60 performs language conversion processing of user document information and is indicated by a similarity about first and second user dictionary information 600 and 601 in a plurality of pieces of user dictionary information including a conversion instruction record storing a conversion object word being an unconverted word, one or more conversion candidate words being converted words, and a value indicated by conversion priority levels of the conversion candidate words while associating one another on the basis of prescribed reference, and a registration part 52 for associating information indicated by the conversion instruction record included by the first user dictionary information 600 with the value indicated by the conversion priority levels on the basis of the value indicated by the similarity to register the information in the second user dictionary information 601.
