An underwater space viewing system is provided that can provide viewers with an image of a landscape that allows them to explore the underwater space on their own will. A control device in a mobile buoy is connected to an omnidirectional camera in a camera box in the sea with a communication cable housed in a waterproof cable holder. The control device in the mobile buoy 110 wirelessly transmits the omnidirectional video to the land management device. The management device outputs a partial video extracted from the omnidirectional video image according to the attitude of the viewing device to the viewing device, and changes the position or imaging magnification of the omnidirectional camera according to the movement of the viewing device.
