PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller which can be configured simple even in a complicated structure, a manufacturing method of the impeller and a centrifugal fan with the impeller.SOLUTION: An impeller 10 comprises a first impeller 11 and a second impeller 15. The first impeller 11 includes: a first surface 11a; a second surface 11b that is positioned at an opposite side of the first surface 11a; and an opening 11c that is provided in a central part and opened on the first surface 11a and the second surface 11b. The second impeller 15 includes: a third surface 15a facing the second surface 11b; a fourth surface 15b which is positioned at an opposite side of the third surface 15a; and a plurality of blades 16, first ends 16a of which are provided on the third surface 15a, second ends 16b of which are positioned at an opposite side of the first ends 16a and connected to the second surface 11b. The first surface 11a of the first impeller 11 includes a first planar part 12 that is provided on an inner peripheral surface at a side of the opening 11c, and the fourth surface 15b of the second impeller 15 includes a second planar part 17 that is provided at an outer edge part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
