PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an electronic resume suitable for application in an easier way.SOLUTION: An identification photograph creation device performs photography to obtain moving images of a user as photography performed for the user as a subject, and when the photography to obtain moving images is performed, transmits the moving images to a server as images for an identification photograph. When the moving images are transmitted from the identification photograph creation device as the images for an identification photograph, the server creates an electronic resume of the user by using the moving images and input information input to a terminal operated by the user. The present invention can be applied to an image presentation system including a photographic seal creation device.
