PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method and an analysis system, capable of easily and rapidly quantifying fluorine in an inorganic oxide material, particularly in steel slag, by mineral kind by a humidifying pyrolysis method and an emission spectroscopic analysis method using helium plasma.SOLUTION: A method for quantitative analysis of fluorine by mineral kind, extracts fluorine in an analyzed sample and performs quantitative analysis. When pyrolytically decomposing the analyzed sample, the analyzed sample is heated in a range from a normal temperature to 1,200°C by use of humidified gas as a carrier gas, and the carrier gas containing generated fluoride gas is continuously subjected to the quantitative analysis by a helium plasma emission spectroscopic analysis method. Furthermore, quality management such as sorting of inorganic oxide materials is performed, and production of them is performed.
