A problem to be solved is to provide a hologram recording material, a volume hologram medium, and the like for a volume hologram medium having excellent diffraction efficiency, light transmittance and durability. The above problem is solved by a hologram recording material containing a metallopolymer precursor and a photopolymerizable compound.
