PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous inkjet ink for plate making which at least comprises colorant, water-dispersible resin fine particles, organic solvent and water and is used for making a lithographic plate for lithography, the aqueous inkjet ink characterized by comprising, as the organic solvent, 1,2-alkane diol having carbon atoms of 4 or more and 10 or less at a rate of 5 wt.% or more and 50 wt.% or less in the ink.SOLUTION: This invention provides an aqueous inkjet ink for plate making that makes it possible to make a lithographic plate for lithography with a high definition and a high printing durability by applying directly inkjet printing to an original plate for lithography, and a method of making a lithographic plate for lithography using the same.
