PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition containing high belite cement, which has excellent strength developability even in a short-term/mid-term material age.SOLUTION: The cement composition containing high belite cement contains: diorite fine aggregate and/or diorite coarse aggregate, high belite cement, and water. The unit quantity of the diorite fine aggregate is 700-1,000 kg/m, that of the diorite coarse aggregate is 800-1,100 kg/m, and that of the high belite cement is 200-500 kg/m.
