Provide an inositol - 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor (IP3R) binding protein and a transgenic non human mammalian containing it. The present invention relates to an IP3R binding protein associated with proteins such as Krap proteins (sequence numbers 1 to 4) and IP3R (sequence numbers 5 to 8), and an IP3R activity inhibitor mainly comprising the IP3R binding protein.The present invention also relates to transgenic non human mammals containing IP3R binding proteins. The binding site of the Krap protein bound by IP3R exists in the amino acid sequence region of the mouse Krap protein from the 200 to 218 th 19 amino acids.The IP3R binding site in mouse Krap protein from other animal species exists in the region corresponding to the amino acid sequence region of the mouse Krap protein from 200 to 218 second 19 amino acids.
