PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software generation method capable of solving operation mismatch at the time of execution by upstream design.SOLUTION: In an interface definition process, an exclusive control flag is described in interface definition language (ST710). In a condition definition process, a condition under which synchronous use occurs is defined (ST720). In an exclusive control insertion determination process, whether to insert the exclusive control program is determined on the basis of the exclusive control flag described in the interface definition process and the condition defined in the condition definition process (ST740). In a source code generation process, the exclusive control program is inserted at the time of software generation on the basis of the determination result of the exclusive control insertion determination process (ST750).
