PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance assisting device in an inspection room which enables assisting smooth inspection while reducing anxiety of a subject.SOLUTION: A performance assisting device 10 in an inspection room includes a non-projection object detecting unit 8 which detects a non-projection object whose projection information is not projected, a first projection information memory unit which stores first projection information containing picture information or comment information, and a projection information generating unit 7 which, based on the position of the non-projection object that is detected by the non-projection object detecting unit, sets a non-projection object position to the first projection information and generates second projection information in which the set non-projection object position is a blank portion.
