PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an environment test device in which the set values set in the environment test device become the temperature and relative humidity of a test room directly as are.SOLUTION: An environment test device 1 has an air flow path 15 communicating with a test room 5, in which a humidifying device 6, a cooling device 7, a thermal heater 8, and an air flower 10 are provided. A wet-and-dry-bulb type humidity sensor 20 is provided in the vicinity of an air blow-out unit 16 of the air flow path 15. Room temperature detection means 23 is provided in the test room 5. The target temperature of air after adjustment by an air conditioning unit 17 is calculated from the temperature of the setting environment and the detection temperature of the room temperature detection means 23, and each apparatus in the air conditioning unit 17 is controlled so that the detection temperature of the wet-and-dry-bulb type humidity sensor 20 approaches the target temperature.
