The food composition which comprises collagen, extract of Hibiscus extract, vitamin C and aristotelia chilensis, functional product comprising said composition.Manufacturing process of said composition and use of the same.The present invention relates to a food composition comprising preferably type I collagen, extract of Hibiscus extract, vitamin C and aristotelia chilensis.It is a composition to be added to a food product functional submitted preferably powder.This composition is useful to improve the elasticity, make skin firmness and delay its aging process.Further, the present invention relates to a process for the preparation of such composition and use of the composition for the preparation of a functional product to improve the elasticity.Give skin firmness and delay its aging process.
