Promoters derived from Yarrowia lipolytica and arxula adeninivorans, and methods of use of the same

Disclosed are nucleotide sequences of promoters of arxula adeninivorans and Yarrowia lipolytica which may be used to drive the expression of the gene in a cell.The promoters were validated.And the promoters selected were screened to determine which promoters may be useful to increase the efficiency of production of lipids of yeast seeds.
