There is disclosed a system of sheaves 10 extruding the last piece of the wire or concrete wire unwound from the coil 4 and passing through the aligning mechanisms 1 of an alignment machine. The last piece of wire or concrete wire 5 that cannot be pulled by the propelling mechanism of the alignment machine gets extruded by the system of the present invention which is composed of one at least pair of sheaves (11,12) from which the one sheave is moving to extrude the last piece of wire 5 from the alignment unit 1; in the sequel - before being propelled to the vat 3- the extruded wire passes through the cutter 2.
