The present invention refers to a manual respirator, which can produce a series of volumes with similar air or oxygen pressure for patients with manual lung ventilation. To achieve this, the concept of the invention eliminates all excess air or oxygen flow, resulting in this excess volume, through an adjustable pressure relief valve whose closed pressure level is managed by health professionals based on the observed information of the patient's respiratory assist device.
