The object of the invention is a spatial fracturing network, applied as a modified surface structure to the surface of a stone with a crystalline structure, in particular a transparent stone (1) with a regular and uniform internal material through which an electromagnetic wave, especially visible light, can flow. The invention is applied in technological processes, using precise systems and methods of processing small surfaces, preferably in the field of jewellery. Hence also,the use of the invention is important for gemstones. A spatial dissociative grid applied as a modified surface structure at least within the area of one deformed outer wall is a nano-grid structure (5) for reflection and, at the same time or alternatively, for electromagnetic wave cracking in internal material, as a centre for the propagation of this electromagnetic wave. The cross-section through the modified surface structure shall take the form of a broken line (6) having a periodically recurring shape, and the modified surface structure in the form of nano-grid (5) shall constitute numerous selections (7) in the internal material,where a gap is maintained between the selections (7). The maximum width of the single selection (7) is 150% the length of the electromagnetic wave? Yeah.for which the breaking rate of the propagation centre n is the smallest and the selection (7) takes the form of a spatial beam, with adjacent selections (7) arranged in such a way that each selection (7) has at least three consecutive selections in its nearest neighbourhood (7),four or six consecutive selections in favour (7),where the electromagnetic wave is either a visible light wave or an ultraviolet wave or an infrared wave.
