The present invention refers to a running shoe which is constituted by a damping mechanism with regulation. THEIR OPERATION IS BASED ON THE UNION, AT THE TIME OF THE PRODUCTION OF THE JUMP TO THE SHOE, OF A STAINLESS STEEL PIPE (2) TO THE LOWER BASE OF THE JUMP (1). This tube (2) is manufactured at its lower end in the form of an internal thread (5) which serves as an attachment to the tube (4) which is manufactured at its upper end in the form of an external thread (6). THE TUBE (4) IS REMOVABLE AND TAKES A HOLE TO HOUSING A RIGID RUBBER RUBBER (3) AT THE TOP, ALLOWING THE SHAPE JUMPING. The damping is regulated at various levels of comfort by removing the tube (4), and using another rigid rubber (3) with a different density. This model is applicable to the manufacture of components for footwear.
