The sole (1) has an outsole (2) and a stiffening sole (3). The main portion is divided along longitudinal direction into a toe region (A), a bale region (B), a longitudinal arch region (C) and a heel region (D). The composite-enhancing element is raised up from the surface of the stiffening sole and merged into the outsole. The composite-enhancing element is provided with a surface profile which is formed by a line corrugation, diamond corrugation, pointed or pyramid corrugation.
