The present invention relates to an optical biochip for warning on the pork and beef spoilage, for optically warning the consumers on the meat spoilage, consisting of a disposable biosensorial disk (D), located on the interior wall of a vacuumed polymeric packing (2) in which the meat (1) is packed, said disk having a red colour reaction with the ammonia in the ammoniacal water, which is the specific product in meat spoilage. According to the invention, the biosensorial disk (D) consists of a submicrometric insoluble and non-toxic powder (3) of titan dioxide, having the role of catalyst and support matrix, where there are mixed a fine non-toxic powder (4) of silver chloride, a semi-permeable polymeric membrane (6), attached by thermal welding onto the disk (D), on the interior wall of the bag (1).
