Avisador with ringing cycle, enabled for installation on bicycles or the like, comprising a band (1) of laminar nature and securing means mounted on a spacer (21) of a bicycle (2) and the strip being ( 1) connected and disposed in relation to said fixing means so that the band itself (1) is interposed in the path of the spokes themselves (31) of a wheel (3) of the bicycle (2) as a result of rotational movement of the same wheel (3), characterized by the fact that it also includes a bell drum (4) or the like fixed in said fastening means, the band (1) linked with the fastening means being connected by resilient means (6 ) and being the same band (1) disposed in a position relative to the ring drum (4), so that a subsequent tapping of the spokes (31) on the band (1) due to the rotational movement of the same wheel (3) it is transformed through the same band (1) in another successive tapping a hammer mode of the same band (1) on the bell percussion (4).
