A ready to use to eliminate interfering factors samples to be subjected to microbiological examination device such interfering factors are any substance that can inhibit or slow bacterial replication in the microbiological examination of samples is based, comprising a body elongated containment (2) extending between a first open end (3) and a second end (4); a plug (5) impermeable to liquids, slidably inserted and in a sealed manner to liquid in the containment body (2) and movable between a first position in which it is near the first end (3) and a second position which is spaced from the first end (3), creating a chamber (6) with variable volume in the containment body (2) between the plug (5) and the first end (3); a plunger motion (8) connected or connectable to the plug (5) through the second end (4) of the containment body (2); in said chamber (6) is inserted at least one product (7) in the form of granules to remove interfering factors, one supply nozzle (9) connected to the first end (3) of the containment body (2); a separator seal (12) mounted on said nozzle (9) to close a liquid-tight manner, sealing the separator (12) made of elastomeric material; a suction unit and injection (13) comprising a connecting element (14) connectable to said nozzle (9), a first needle (15) fixed to the connecting element (14) and extending outwardly from the element connection (14) when the connecting element (14) is connected to the nozzle (9), and a second needle (16) fixed to the connecting element (14) and extending into the nozzle (9) when the element connection (14) is connected to the nozzle (9), the second needle (16) comprises an opening indoor traffic is less than the nominal granule size to prevent the granules leaving the chamber (6) through her; wherein when the connecting element (14) is connected to the nozzle (9) the second needle (16) pierces the separator seal (12), passes through it and puts in fluid communication the chamber (6) and the first needle (15), and wherein upon subsequent removal of the second needle (16) of the separator seal (12) the material from which is made the separator seal (12) resiliently closes the hole previously made in the second needle (16).
