Method for preparing atosiban acetate, which comprises the following steps: 1) synthesizing linear atosiban; 2) dissolve the linear atosiban with an aqueous solution of acetonitrile, in which, in the aqueous solution of acetonitrile, the volume concentration of acetonitrile is 5% -15%; 3) adjust the pH value with ammonia water; 4) carry out the oxidation in liquid phase using H2O2 as an oxidant, in which the amount of H2O2 is 2-8 times the number of moles of linear atosiban, and in which during the oxidation with H2O2 the oxidation time is 5-60 min; 5) filter, purify and transfer the salt to obtain atosiban acetate.
