A salt represented by the following Formula (1) ** (See formula) ** in which K represents a quaternary ammonium cation of the formula selected from the group consisting of Formula (2), Formula (3), Formula ( 4) and Formula (5), ** (See formula) ** in which R represents an alkyl selected from the group consisting of tallow, soybean and oxy alkyl and yxey in Formula (4) are integers in the range 1 to 15, inclusive; and wherein tallow alkyl refers to a mixture of saturated and unsaturated alkyl groups composed of alkyl groups with 12 carbon atoms, 14 carbon atoms, 16 carbon atoms and 18 carbon atoms, in which the percentage of groups with double bonds it is 40 to 55%, the percentage of alkyl groups with 16 carbon atoms is 25 to 35% and the percentage of alkyl groups with 18 carbon atoms is 60 to 70%; Soy alkyl refers to a mixture of saturated and unsaturated alkyl groups composed of alkyl groups with 14 carbon atoms, 16 carbon atoms and 18 carbon atoms, in which the percentage of groups with double bonds is 55 to 70% and oleyl alkyl refers to a mixture of saturated and unsaturated alkyl groups composed of alkyl groups having 12 carbon atoms, 14 carbon atoms, 16 carbon atoms and 18 carbon atoms, in which the percentage of groups with doubles bonds are 75 to 82% and the percentage of alkyl groups with 18 carbon atoms is 75 to 85%.
