Assembly of a valve unit (2) and an air-gas mixing device (1), the assembly further comprising a system for connecting said valve unit (2) to a fan structure (5) of said device (1 ) of gas-air mixture for supplying boiler burners and similar equipment, in which a gas supply section of said valve unit (2) can be connected in a watertight manner to a tubular gas supply section of the mixing device (1) in an axial direction (X) of coupling between said sections, the system comprising: - coupling means and antagonist means, provided in the mixing device (1) and on the valve unit (2) respectively , which can be coupled to each other coaxially from and to an operating position in which said sections are watertightly connected to each other; - axial retention means between said coupling means and antagonist means for retaining the valve unit (2) with respect to the mixing device (1) in said axial interconnection direction (X), characterized in that said coupling means and antagonistic means comprise: at least one support appendage (7) formed in one piece with a collector portion (6) of a fan (5) of said mixing device, and at least one end portion (11) of the section for feeding the valve unit (2) adapted to be housed in a seat (10) provided in said appendix (7), and in that said axial retention means comprise at least one retention element (12), which can be coupled to removable shape in at least one slot (13a, 13b) provided transversely with respect to the axial direction (X) in said end portion (11) of the valve unit (2) when said end (11) is housed in said seat (10 ), to lock the valve unit (2) and the mixing device (1) axially to each other.
