Procedure for obtaining optical elements with gradient structure, the gradient structure being formed by means of a refractive index gradient with the following steps: (a) obtaining a composition from one or more polymerizable and / or polycondensible monomers and at least one biological polymer, the biological polymer being presented in a soluble form in the composition; (b) generation of a potential difference with respect to the oriented diffusion of monomers, under the formation of a refractive index gradient by induction of a local polymerization or polycondensation.
