The present invention discloses a heat source-free fiber positioning andorienting systemfor seepage of submerged or partially submerged structures and monitoringmethod thereof,which includes a plurality of seepage monitoring devices connected throughrotary supports,wherein the seepage monitoring devices include first seepage monitoring unitssymmetricallydistributed on the front and back and second seepage monitoring unitssymmetricallydistributed on left and right, seepage monitoring fibers are distributed inthe first seepagemonitoring units and the second seepage monitoring units, and the seepageconditions of thesubmerged or partially submerged structures are monitored through the seepagemonitoringfibers. The heat source-free fiber positioning and orienting system for theseepage ofsubmerged or partially submerged structures according to the present inventionhas thecharacteristics of no heating, distribution manner, multiple orientations andsynchronicity orthe like, and has prominent advantages on such aspects like reducing themonitoring cost,improving the monitoring precision and engineering practicability or the like;and throughflexibly disposing the seepage monitoring device in the submerged or partially-submergedstructures, the seepage position and direction are obtained through comparisonof calibratedfibers and the seepage monitoring fibers; therefore, the monitoring method ofthe presentinvention is simple to operate and has accurate results.
