The computer system includes a processor programmed to select a firstcarrier datarecord including a first ship-from location code and a first ship-to locationcode, and select asecond carrier data record including a second ship-from location code and asecond ship-tolocation code. The processor determines a first range of shipping locationswithin the predefinedorder defined by the first ship-from location code and the first ship-tolocation code andgenerates a first consolidated carrier data record including the first ship-from location code of thefirst carrier data record and the second ship-to location code of the secondcarrier data recordupon determining the second ship-from location code is within the first rangeof shippinglocations and the second ship-to location code is not within the first rangeof shipping locations.
