The present invention provides a method for providing a two-channel OTP authentication service by using a sound wave signal and an authentication system for implementing the same, and relates to an OTP authentication service scheme in which, when a user performs OTP authentication for a predetermined online service through a user terminal, an OTP authentication application installed in a user mobile terminal possessed by the user recognizes an authentication sound wave signal, automatically performs a user identification authentication and OTP authentication procedure, and transmits an OTP response code in response to an OTP inquiry code, whereby OTP authentication is approved.
