A smart electric drive cylinder device, comprising an outer tube (1), a direct current motor (6), a reducer (5), a cylinder sleeve (2), a piston rod (4), a screw sleeve (31), a multi-head screw rod (3) and a positioning sleeve (33). The cylinder sleeve (2) moves back and forth with respect to the outer tube (1) and comprises a small cylinder sleeve (22) and a large cylinder sleeve (21), the small cylinder sleeve (22) being located at the middle of the large cylinder sleeve (21), an annular area being formed between an outer wall of the small cylinder sleeve (22) and an inner wall of the large cylinder sleeve (21). The piston rod (4) is hollow to form an inner cavity and a front end forms a piston (41), the piston rod (4) being sleeved on the small cylinder sleeve (22), the piston (41) being located within the annular area between the outer wall of the small cylinder sleeve (22) and the inner wall of the large cylinder sleeve (21). One end of the multi-head screw rod (3) is connected to an output end of the reducer (5), and the other end extends into the small cylinder sleeve (22) and is connected to and matched with the screw sleeve (31). Compared to the prior art, the present invention has the advantages of being compact in structure, lightweight and convenient, and low in noise.
