[Problem] To provide a method for producing a sound-generating device which makes it possible to position a vibrating plate, a frame and a vibration support sheet with a high degree of accuracy and adhere the same to one another, and to uniformly mold a curved section between the vibrating plate and the frame. [Solution] A vibration support sheet 12 is adhered to a frame 5 by uniformly imparting tension thereto. A vibrating plate 11 is positioned on and placed on a vibrating body placement section 61 of a second jig 60, and the frame 5 is mounted onto a frame mounting surface 63. The vibration support sheet 12 is heated while uniform pressure P is applied thereto, and as a result, the vibrating plate 11 is adhered to the vibration support sheet 12, and a curved section 12b is formed by a curve-molding section 62 of the second jig 60.
