Disclosed are a flexible heat exchange unit (10), a liquid cooling heat dissipation apparatus and a liquid cooling heat dissipation system, which can achieve the purpose of dissipating heat for an apparatus to be subjected to heat dissipation via the flexible heat exchange unit (10), and do not need welding, thereby reducing heat dissipation costs. The flexible heat exchange unit (10) comprises a flexible heat exchange unit body (100) and a reinforcing rib (101) arranged on the flexible heat exchange unit body (100), wherein the flexible heat exchange unit body (100) is used to store and transmit heat exchange liquid; the heat exchange liquid is used to dissipate heat for an apparatus to be subjected to heat dissipation; and the reinforcing rib (101) is used to reinforce the strength of the flexible heat exchange unit body (100).
