MEDICAL ASSISTANCE SYSTEM AND METHOD BASED ON CLINICAL PATHWAY

A medical assistance system and method based on a clinical pathway, the method comprising the following steps: acquiring patient information (S10); matching clinical pathway information corresponding to a target disease from a pre-established clinical pathway database according to the target disease (S20); correcting clinical pathway decision information of the patient based on the clinical pathway information corresponding to the target disease and the patient information (S30); and monitoring implementation of the clinical pathway decision information of the patient based on the clinical pathway decision information (S40). In this method, during guiding the diagnosis and treatment using the clinical pathway information, the actual case is combined with the clinical pathway information when the patient has a specific condition to correct the clinical pathway information so as to form the clinical pathway decision information of the patient, thereby achieving an optimized treatment of the actual case, and in the implementation of clinical pathway decision information, the implementation of each node is monitored to effectively control costs of medical care, to reduce medical expenses and to improve the utilization of medical resources according to different conditions of the patient.
