A cover system applying the present invention is provided with: a protective film 4 that covers, on a mobile device 6 having an image display unit 7 for displaying a prescribed standby image 20, the device top surface 9 to which the image display unit 7 is provided, in a manner such that the image display unit 7 is visible, and that is disposed in a manner enabling at least a portion of a first related image 21 relating to the standby image 20 to be contiguous with an outer peripheral edge 7a of the image display unit 7; and an information card 3 or a memory card 8 that stores image data 20c for the standby image 20 or identifier information storing download information for the standby image 20.
