A method for designing an integrated and fully-equipped container-type machine room. The method comprises: first referring to a requirement of a heating and ventilation system design drawing to select a component compliant to a need; performing optimized assembly and connection of components other than a main air conditioner, boiler, and cooling tower; then integrating the components with optimized assembly and connections into a single protective casing; cleaning the protective casing, the component, and a connection port and performing a water pressure test for the protective casing, the component, and the entire connection port; and after passing the water pressure test, transporting to a site for installing the heating and ventilation system. The method can be used to improve an efficiency of installing a heating and ventilation machine room and shorten an installation period for the heating and ventilation machine room.
