ANNEXIN V-FLUORESCENT DYE CONJUGATE FOR REAL-TIME FLUORESCENT IMAGING OF APOPTOSIS, AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to an annexin V-fluorescent dye conjugate for real-time fluorescent imaging of apoptosis, and a use thereof. By using the properties of an annexin V-fluorescent dye conjugate of the present invention, apoptotic cells can be detected at a high signal-to-noise ratio even without a washing step, and thus fluorescent detection of only those cells which are undergoing apoptosis may be performed with greater specificity. Moreover, when the annexin V-fluorescent dye conjugate of the present invention is used, real-time apoptosis fluorescent imaging analysis and three-dimensional apoptosis analysis, which are not achievable using typical annexin V-fluorescent dye conjugates, are made possible, analysis time is reduced during the mass screening of new drugs, and analysis efficiency may be greatly enhanced.
